Refunds are only available if there is a technical problem that stops the tool from working properly and we are unable to fix it.

How Refunds Are Processed
If your refund is approved, we will return the money to the same payment method you used when you made the purchase.
Please note: It might take 5 to 10 business days for the money to show up in your bank account or digital wallet. This depends on your bank or payment service provider.
